Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: August 28, 2026

This page explains how to remove your data from Eranol, including data collected through the optional YouTube and Instagram publishing integrations. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and why.

1. Disconnect a Social Account

If you connected YouTube or Instagram to publish content and want that connection's data removed:

  1. Log in to Eranol and go to Dashboard → Social Media.
  2. Select the connected account (YouTube or Instagram) and click Disconnect.

Disconnecting immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token, account ID, username/channel name, profile picture URL, granted scopes, and related connection metadata for that account from our database. It does not delete content already published to your YouTube or Instagram account, which remains under your control on that platform.

You can also revoke Eranol's access directly from the platform itself, which stops Eranol from being able to use the connection even if the local record has not yet been removed:

2. Delete Your Entire Eranol Account

To delete your Eranol account:

  1. Log in to Eranol and go to Dashboard → Settings.
  2. Under Delete Account, click Delete Account and confirm.

This immediately signs you out, permanently disables login to your account, and deletes all connected social accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X) — including their stored access tokens, account IDs, and profile information. Usage logs and transaction records are retained for the periods described in our Privacy Policy (usage logs: 90 days; transaction records: 7 years, for tax/legal compliance).

If you cannot access your account or need help, visit our Support page to request deletion directly. Include the email address associated with your Eranol account so we can locate and verify it; we will process the request within 30 days.
